Donald Trump hammered Hillary Clinton on Wednesday in a speech, calling her a “pathetic liar” who has profited off her decades-long political career.

Using a teleprompter, Trump hit Clinton over her time as Secretary of State, alleged scandals, and questioned Clinton’s appeal to Bernie Sanders’ supporters. “The insiders wrote the rules of the game to keep themselves in power and in the money,” Trump said.

“That’s why we’re asking Bernie Sanders’ voters to join our movement: so together we can fix the system for all Americans,” he added.

Trump painted Clinton as a corrupt, political insider. “Hillary Clinton may be the most corrupt person ever to seek the presidency,” he said. Citing the book Clinton Cash by Peter Schweizer, Trump mentioned several times Clinton allegedly intervened to benefit large corporations who donated to the Clinton Foundation.

“Hillary Clinton has perfected the politics of personal profit and theft,” Trump said. “She ran the State Department like her own personal hedge fund — doing favors for oppressive regimes, and many others, in exchange for cash.”

“Hillary took millions from Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, and many other countries that horribly abuse women and LGBT citizens. To cover-up dealings, Hillary Clinton illegally stashed her State Department emails on a private server,” Trump said.

Trump said that Clinton believes she is “entitled” to the presidency. “She believes she is entitled to the office. Her campaign slogan is ‘I’m with her.’ You know what my response to that is? I’m with you: The America people. She thinks it’s all about her,” Trump said.

Turning his fire to Clinton’s time as Secretary of State, Trump said, “No Secretary of State has been more wrong, more often, and in more places than Clinton.”

“Her decisions spread death, destruction and terrorism everywhere he touched,” he added.

Trump touched on the attack on the U.S. consulate in Benghazi, Libya in 2012 saying that the State Department failed to protect Ambassador Chris Stevens. “He was left helpless to die as Hillary Clinton slept soundly in her bed,” he said. “Ambassador Stevens and his staff in Libya

made hundreds of requests for security. Hillary Clinton’s State Department refused them all.”

Ending his speech Trump said, “We are going to make America rich again. We are going to make America safe again. We are going to make America great again — and great again for everyone.”
