A new poll shows Hillary Clinton received a post-convention bump and now leads Donald Trump three points nationally.
Clinton receives 43 percent support in the Morning Consult poll released Sunday morning, compared to 40 percent to Trump. Last week, Trump led Clinton 44 percent to 40 percent.
Pollsters noted that almost 1 in 5 voters, or 17 percent, are still undecided.
Clinton saw an increase in support from independent voters and men in the new poll, conducted after last week’s Democratic National Convention. Clinton leads Trump among young voters.
When Libertarian Party nominee Gary Johnson is factored in, Clinton leads Trump by five points.
The poll of 1,931 registered voters has a margin of error of two percentage points.
