Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton leads her Republican rival Donald Trump by 6 points, according to a new poll.
Clinton leads Trump, 50 to 44 percent, in a Bloomberg Politics poll released Wednesday morning that shows the former secretary of State maintaining her post-convention bounce.
When third-party candidates are factored in Clinton’s lead dips to 4 points, 44 to 40 percent.
The Bloomberg poll finds that 94 percent of Democrats support Clinton, including 93 percent of Democrats who supported Sen. Bernie Sanders. The poll also finds that 87 percent of Republicans support Trump.
Clinton’s support comes from majorities of non-whites, voters int he Northeast, young voters, unmarried voters, college educated voters, and women.
Trump’s support comes from voters without college degrees and Evangelicals.
The Bloomberg poll of 749 likely voters was conducted August 5-8 and has a 3.6 percentage point margin of error.
